Bedrooms

Aviemore House has ensuite facilities within each of the five large bedrooms which are designed to accommodate ten adults very comfortably. However, where there are family groups we can cater for up to fourteen people.

Three of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds and the two others have twin beds. There are also four single guest beds and a cot available by arrangement.

Entertainment

The lounge has a 32" wide screen television, a DVD, a VCR, a powerful stereo system, and numerous classic board games. The Sky TV system has an array of film and sports channels which can also be viewed simultaneously in the other rooms which have a TV, and there are three other TVs and stereo systems in various rooms in the house.

A table football game and chess table are both located in the sunroom; a Nintendo Games unit is stored in the utility room along with two sets of quality stainless steel boules.

The Property

There is substantial off-road parking to the front and to one side of the house which can readily accommodate ten vehicles.

The table tennis equipment is located in the detached garage which also has a toilet accessible from the garden area as well as from inside the garage.

To the front of the house are two verandah areas where guests can sit in the shade on warm summer evenings. The decking sweeps around the house which creates numerous areas for alfresco dining or just enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The garden areas are laid to lawn with several flower beds planted with local heathers and dwarf conifers, and there is a petanque pitch within the grounds.
