Bedrooms

3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, linen and towels provided.

There are four extra single guest beds which can be utilised by prior arrangement.

2 lounges, very large kitchen/dining room, digital satellite TV with DVD and VCR, audio system with CD player. Real fire in one lounge.

Kitchen

Range style electric cooker, two large fridge freezers, dishwasher and microwave.

Utility room

Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Drying room ideal for drying sports equipment, clothing and towels etc. quickly.

Heating and ventilation

Central heating delivered through underfloor heating with individual controls for each bathroom, bedroom and living room.

Ventilation controlled through a mechanical heat recovery system which can be set to the users' preference.

Garage, substantial grounds, petanque pitch.

Table tennis, table football, board games, sledges and petanque; alpine and nordic skiing, snowboarding, pony trekking, golf, walking, sailing, kayaking available in surrounding area.
